I’ve been in practicing as a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist since 2003. I have had the honor to serve and with great passion the underserved in several settings as a provider and clinic manager. My background is in Trauma and healing. I am certified in ART-Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I believe in forming a partnership with those in need. We all want healthier relationships whether it be with people, food, maybe alcohol, and careers! I have much experience with the LGBTQ+ population and gender affirming care. While working with Kaiser and the County of Ventura we responded to the Las Vegas shooting ,Thomas fires, and the mud slides. Knowing what to expect can help to normalize your experience and reduce stress. Understanding the nature and the impact of events is a major part of coping. My passion also drives me to sail, cycle and enjoy the outdoors. I most recently completed the AIDS Life Cycle in 2024.
