Milestones Counseling Center
Life isn’t easy—and sometimes it can feel like the challenges just keep piling up no matter how hard you try. You may be living with anxiety that won’t quiet down, feeling overwhelmed by work or school, struggling in relationships, or carrying the emotional weight of past experiences that leave you feeling stuck. Over time, these struggles can become exhausting and isolating, making it hard to feel present, confident, or truly at ease in your life.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes healing doesn’t have to mean years of reliving painful experiences. With the right support and tools, meaningful relief is possible—and often sooner than you might expect. I help clients reduce emotional distress, regain a sense of control, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

A central focus of my work is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach that uses guided visualization and eye movements to help the brain reprocess distressing memories and emotional reactions. ART allows many clients to experience relief from anxiety, trauma, and overwhelming stress without needing to repeatedly talk through painful details. The goal is to lessen the emotional charge of past experiences so they no longer feel heavy, intrusive, or controlling in the present.

In therapy, we will work together to explore what is keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help life feel more manageable. Therapy is a collaborative and supportive space where you can gain insight, develop coping strategies, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, healing from past experiences, or a greater sense of balance and calm, I am here to support you in creating lasting change and a life that feels lighter and more fulfilling.
