I am a licensed counselor serving clients in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Texas. I specialize in treating complex and regular trauma (PTSD) and primarily use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address those and related concerns, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and many other disorders. I am also a licensed and ordained minister—non-denominational and interfaith—serving in both a secular and spiritual capacity as desired, and I am currently completly my doctorate in counseling education and supervision (ABD) to help better serve our mental health community.
